We The People Skincare ships all orders from our Miami, Florida facility typically within 1-3 business days.* (*Expect delays during peak season, holidays and/or federal emergencies including and are not limited to COVID-19, Natural Disasters, etc..).
We The People Skincare offers 3-6 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, orders may experience delays. Standard USPS shipping is FREE on orders $50 and over (excluding discounts & taxes) – no promotional code is needed. For merchandise orders totaling less than $50, there is a shipping charge of $4.99 for Standard UPS shipping or you have the option to choose the carrier of your choice. Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on a weekend.
eGift Cards are sent via email and arrive in 5-10 minutes of purchase. Please note shipping cutoff times and estimated delivery in checkout.
Hawaii & Alaska
For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer USPS shipping. Shipping is FREE for orders $50 and over and $4.99 for orders under $50 with UPS.
We ship to Puerto Rico via our 2-5 business day standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are also available.
If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS Priority standard shipping. Shipping is FREE for orders $50 and over and $4.99 for orders under $50 with USPS. We regret that we are unable to offer expedited shipping to P.O. Box addresses. Orders to P.O. Box addresses may be delivered on weekends.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
Standard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses is via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. Shipping is FREE for orders $50 and over and $4.99 for orders under $50 with USPS. We regret that we are unable to offer expedited shipping to APO, FPO, DPO Military addresses.
No refund will be given on packages that are sent internationally and ceased at customs, not delivered due to incorrect address, or taxes unpaid.
However, in the rare case it is sent back. International packages will be subject to a restocking fee, as we are charged additionally from shipping charges for returned packages. A store credit will be issued minus any costs associated with the returned package. Internationally, this cost can be high and sometimes higher than the price of the order. This is beyond our control and no exceptions will be made. To reship a package that was sent back in addition to the restocking fee, you will be charged a shipping fee again, even if your original order was for "free shipping" as we would be charged twice with the carrier as well as the cost of the package being sent back.
International VAT, Import Taxes and Duties
-Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country for it's delivery.
- We ship your order with taxes unpaid, so please take note if you will occur any charges as we are not responsible for them. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. This is standard for most online purchasing with any company. If you do not pay these taxes or your package is UNCLAIMED, you will NOT be given any refunds if the items are not paid for and collected. This is the buyers responsibility and unclaimed items due to non payment of VAT tax will not be refunded.

For items that come back to us being either unclaimed at customs or the wrong address or information was given to us, a store credit will than be issued MINUS any costs that have occurred to us for the order (i.e. shipping and handling costs).

Parcel Shipping Services
We The People Skincare will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We do offer affordable insurance through Route to protect your shipment in these cases. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered.
We The People Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once we have confirmation and reason to believe the package has been delivered.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped typically within 1-3 business days* after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. To track an order on ThePoreCompany.com, visit the Account Information area. You will need to sign in to access your account information. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from The Pore Company to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy, available .
For your convenience, you will see the expected (not actual) delivery date for your order when you select a delivery option, on the Order Confirmation page, on the Order Details page, and on the Order Confirmation email.
Items that are back ordered may take an additional 3 to 14 business days for processing to ship out.

What happens if my products arrive damaged or missing an item?

The Pore Company reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
Can I Cancel or Edit My Order?
We know you want your order fast, so as soon as you place your order, we are on it! Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you would like to cancel your order, most orders can be canceled up to an hour after being placed. Regrettably, this means that we typically cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This can include but is not limited to:

We welcome you to return items in accordance with our Return Policy once your order has been delivered to you.
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution center on weekends or the following US holidays:

Returns & Exchanges
As a veteran owned and operated company, we want you to love your purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please email email@example.com so we can provide you with assistance with your product. If you're still not satisfied within 30 days, upon return and inspection of the product at our warehouse, we are happy to offer you a merchant credit*.
We The People Skincare is also happy to exchange your new purchase for another product within 30 days of purchase.
We do not refund products that have been used that are hygienic, intimate or sanitary products or goods that can contain bodily fluids.
Additional non-returnable items: eGift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned 30 days after delivery
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and unopened in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Why Are Some Products Non-Returnable?
Due to the unique nature of this business and related matters of hygiene and public safety, we cannot allow certain items to be returned. The Federal Drug and Food Administration (FDA) administers rules concerning the reprocessing of medical devices, a complex issue that the FDA has grappled with for many years.
We are not alone; other medical suppliers face the same obstacles. If it were entirely our decision, we would make all products returnable. Unfortunately, that is not the case.
The Pore Company monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at The Pore Company in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at The Pore Company's discretion.
Sale or Discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or items where a discount was used cannot be refunded and a merchant credit will be issued.
Refunds (when applicable)
We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. Please allow three weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it's not tracked.
We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered.

* We The People Skincare merchant credit does not have an expiration date, cannot be redeemed for cash (unless required by law), reloaded, transferred to others, or sold and can only be used at www.wethepeopleskincare.com. Credit will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
