Microdermabrasion is a procedure that involves the exfoliation and removal of superficial dry, dead skin cells. Depending on what head type is used, each assist in renewing overall skin tone and texture by reducing blemishes, acne breakouts, age spots, fine lines, wrinkles, scarring, leaving you with a newly fresh, top layered younger looking skin.

Microdermabrasion is suitable for all skin types and tones! If you’re using chemical peels or products containing hydroxy acids, malic acid, lactic acid retinoids you need to wait at least 7 days before using your handset. It is not recommended to be used on inflamed or irritated skin.

Microdermabrasion is a comfortable, non-invasive skin treatment. Treatments should never be painful or cause any unwanted side effects. The sensation can be compared to that of an exfoliating scrub combined with a light facial massage. Ensure you have either taken a hot shower or used a facial steamer before use, these devices should never be used on a dry face.

To obtain optimal results, we encourage 2 separate treatments each week to allow for new rejuvenated skin cell and collagen production.

Yes! Many of our customers with sensitive skin and/or dry skin achieve excellent results. The key is to use the handset on the lowest setting until you are familiar with the device and moisturise after each treatment to keep skin hydrated and fresh! This is a question we frequently get asked so we put together a shipping guide and you can track your order here.

Please note customers are responsible for any customs and tax charges for their orders internationally outside the United States. 

Tracking numbers will typically be available within 1 to 3 business days (Excluding Holidays) after your order is placed. All orders in the USA will be shipped via UPS.

Please reach out if you haven’t received your tracking number after 5 business days by contacting our support team at support@theporecompany or using the live chat option. 

If you need to makes changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Some orders made by 3pm EST can be shipped the same day, once an order has been shipped it can not be cancelled.

We ship every item with extra padding to ensure your device doesn't get damaged. Despite our best efforts, our customers report that around 1 in each 1,000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge within 3 days of delivery date.

To claim your Money-Back Guarantee:

1. Use our product for at least 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. You must complete at least 6 treatments; approximately 2 treatments per week.
3. You must take photos before every treatment and photos after every treatment.
4. If there are no noticeable results, email your 6 photos to us at support@theporecompany.com with your full name and order number. Please note all images must have valid date and time claims.
5. All 30 money-back guarantee claims should be done within 30 days of date of delivery.
6. We will assess your claim from here. Keep an eye out for emails.
7. If approved, we will refund you the product price (at the time of order).
8. All refunds will be processed ONLY when products are sent back to our warehouse (under customer expense).

We can not express the importance of consistent use as well as reading and understanding the user manual prior to using any of our products. For those who are not consistent with their treatments, their results will directly reflect this. If the device has n been handled correctly or understood via reading and understanding the user manual, the refund will not be issued.

We can not emphasis the importance of using the lowest power modes for first time users for facial pore extractors due to the powerful suction levels of our products. We also recommend no more than 2 treatments per week to allow for newly, rejuvenated skin cells to be produced.

We may and reserve our right to withhold a refund in the event that we are not satisfied, with the amount of information and detailed evidence you provide to us.
